Jennifer Knight "When I began this program I was very discouraged about my weight, self-confidence, and ability to ever drop from a size 12 to a size 5 What I was most impressed with this program was the fact that Greg not only serves as my personal trainer, be he also sat down with me and went over my entire nutrition program step by step, day by day, including water intake. He then went to a specific grocery store with me and showed me exactly what types of food to buy, as well as vitamins and minerals It is very obvious how knowledgeable he is in this field as he explains what the various machines and routines do and what they will help you achieve. My success in this program began immediately; however, after about the first month, I noticed my weight loss slowed significantly. So Greg looked at my nutrition program with me and asked me about any possible health problems. I mentioned that I suspected I had a slow thyroid. After some research, Greg instructed me to start taking a specific mineral supplement to help my thyroid and explained that slower weight loss was normal with this condition and not to get discouraged. Then, when we took my measurements after my first month, the inches I dropped was amazing. The scale may have slowed down but my loss in inches was increasing weekly. To prove it, he decided to start taking my measurements every two weeks, and sure enough, every two weeks I found I was shrinking. In just 12 weeks, I dropped to a size 6. I am amazed and ecstatic about this. Like so many other people, I had tried many diferent ways to lose weight including Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers and failed with both.
