Your non-temperamental, not-dictatorial style of dealing with people is both comforting and encouraging. Even though the physical workouts were not easy, your relaxed humor put me in a good mood and I found myself looking forward to each session. The two months of training I received was more than just a fleeting fad or temporary 'kick'. It has been almost a year since I first began you program, and I am still experiencing an increased level of fitness. I have maintained my ideal weight of 122-125 lbs., and generally feel healthier and stronger. Of course, I have to admit that I was ready to listen to you, and ready to accept the idea of living a pristine lifestyle for a while. In the beginning, I only expected to tone my body a little bit; I didn't expect to drop nearly 13 pounds and change my shape.
