E-Series Specifications
Frames:
Three and two inch round, eleven gauge tubular steel is bent for maximum
structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Most frames are robotically
welded, rater than bolted, except where breakdown is necessary for delivery
through a standard doorway.
Weight Stacks: Solid cold rolled steel with durable baked
powder coat. Plates fitted with Teflon brushings for smooth travel. Stacks
supported by solid rubber blocks.
Fine Tuned Resistance:
All machines fitted with supplemental weight stack allowing for five pound
increment increase. Supplemental stack raised by center of main stack to
assure smooth operation.

Weight Stack & Upper Pulley Shields:
To prevent accidental contact with moving parts, all machines have ABS
molded plastic enclosing the upper pulley and the back side of every weight
stack.
Guide Rods:
Smooth weight transfer is assured utilizing
5/8" polished solid ground, cold drawn steel rods with a hard chrome finish.
Cables:
Weight stack transfer utilizes 7 x 19 (3/16")
lubricated steel aircraft cable coated with nylon to 1/4" . Tensile strength
rated at 4,200 lbs. Machines use positive, four bolt attachment blocks on
weight stacks and machine end for infinite cable adjustment.

Seat & Pad Adjustments:
With one hand, from the seated position, users can glide the pad system on
linear rods, and bearings aided by a gas shock. When appropriate, the back
pad is fitted with built-in lumbar and cervical support. Back pad moves in
unison with seat to maintain support. Lever handle is fitted with a yellow
sleeve for easy identification as an adjustment.
Three Layer Pad Construction:
Backboards are 3/4" plywood anchored with 3/8" x 17 T-nuts with glued
rebound dense thick foam. Seat and back pads have a minimum of 2" thick foam
wrapped inside a thin layer of perspiration proof plastic. They are then
wrapped with a layer of matting material which cushions and protects the
upholstery from contacting the edge of the backboard. Cover material is
double stitched, superior grade, sulfide stain resistant Boltaflex.
